An open-city driving chase where quick turns, traffic gaps, and controlled steering keep your car ahead of an expanding police pursuit.
Escape Road is an arcade driving game built around surviving a continuous police pursuit. The car keeps moving while you steer through streets, parking areas, and narrow gaps, so each turn changes both your immediate route and the space available for the next escape.
The chase becomes harder as more police vehicles join and the city fills with moving obstacles. Long straight roads build speed but make your direction predictable, while intersections and open lots create several exits at the cost of tighter timing.

Momentum steering
The car carries its direction into each turn. Short corrections preserve control better than one late, heavy input.
Multiple escape lines
Intersections, parking lots, and side streets are useful because they leave more than one route when police close in.

Use these observations after you have felt the controls once.
Pixel Flow rewards planning the next color before firing; Escape Road rewards choosing the next exit before entering an intersection.
An open tray slot preserves puzzle flexibility, while an open side street preserves a way out when the chase tightens.
Escape Road is continuous and reactive rather than turn-based. Planning still matters, but every route choice must be adjusted around traffic, police positions, and the car's momentum.
Survive one run while avoiding long steering holds. At every major intersection, choose an exit before the car reaches the center of the crossing.
Short steering taps work much better than holding a direction. I stopped spinning out at intersections once I eased off earlier.
Open parking lots are great escape routes, but only if you already know which street you want on the other side.
I kept chasing every cash pickup and getting boxed in. Surviving the turn is worth more than grabbing one risky reward.
Do not stay on the same straight road too long. Turning through two quick blocks usually breaks up the police line behind you.
The first car is enough for a good run. Learning how wide it turns helped more than waiting for a faster unlock.
